Led by our Garden Manager, Dylan, this interactive session will guide you through the full kombucha-making process — from brewing and sweetening tea to caring for your SCOBY, managing fermentation, and exploring flavoring options. Along the way, Dylan will share helpful tips, best practices, and troubleshooting advice to set you up for success at home.

Whether you’re brand new to kombucha or looking to refine your skills, you’ll leave with your own starter batch and the confidence to keep brewing on your own.
