Join us at Kane Street Community Garden for a fun and yummy treat! Kids will have a chance to make and taste green pea hummus as well as learn about the health benefits of the ingredients and how pea plants are pollinated.
Stop by for an exciting morning of art in the garden. Kids will have the opportunity to explore and engage in a fun craft!
Bountiful summer and fall harvests provide the opportunity for students to explore the importance of food preservation. By exploring preservation methods, such as pickling, kids will appreciate the different ways to enjoy some of their favorite veggies and fruits. Pickling jars will be sent home for the entire family to enjoy!
